The evening breeze was calming, and I felt the pack members would probably be rounding up and preparing to go home. But I was sadly mistaken. They seemed to just be beginning their days as I stepped out of the house that I had been occupying. This was the first time I was outside the building, so I was surprised to see that it was a hospital building. The rooms were too furnished to be hospital rooms.
