She sat at her desk and read the report that Alpha Parker had sent over to her during the day. She’d been in classes all day today. It had been all of three and a half days since he’d left the Hollowed Moon after that mating ball. That man had likely gone straight back to his pack in a silent rage.
She didn’t think he’d called ahead to pre-warn anyone; so he could get back there and just corner his Luna the moment he was inside that pack and had initiated his wolves. Or that was how this report read.
Though he had not actually harmed the woman, she was still his mate at the time. But he had threatened her, to ruin her pretty face, in order to make her scared of him and compliant to the questioning.
