"Hi," he said and then he slowly smiled back at me. But then his eyes took in what I was wearing. He glanced down his own body and panic appeared on his face. "What happened last night?" he asked, trying to sit up.
"Nothing," I said quickly, shaking my head. He settled back down and nodded slowly, but I could see the doubt in his eyes. He thought we had s*x. I leaned closer to his face, until our foreheads were touching. Then I whispered, "Teddy. I swear. Nothing happened."
