I'm not dieing

The morning hours went slowly but my mind was racing. I kept wondering what was happening with me. I hardly fall sick but now I didn't even want to take the breakfast anymore, but the look on Angie's face makes me lower my head down and force myself to eat. I took few bites before I felt like throwing up. I left the dining table like a flash to the nearest washroom and luckily it was empty. I threw up everything I had eaten before. I stood there my mind racing as I stared at my reflection on the mirror. I was lost in a trance at the sink rinsing my mouth when she appeared. " Are you alright, what's wrong?" she asked. " I don't know Angeline, my stomach can barely hold anything and what worries me is that it doesn't hurt, I feel that am alright but the results proves me wrong," worry was written on my face. I felt like crying but I couldn't, not now and not here either. " Come on lemme help you back to room and freshen up we are leaving now to see the doctor, " she said more of a command as she put her right hand around my waist and slowly leading me out. We found Bea standing at the hallway also scared. " Can I help you guys, " she asked drawing closer to us. " I'm not dieing, " I said jokingly but looking at Angie I regretted saying it." I'm sorry I didn't mean it that way, please, " I pleaded as I opened my right arm and I placed it on her shoulder. " Don't ever say that again," Angie said her face dead serious and with unreadable expression. " Okay Ma'am," I agreed nodding my head. " Why are you being so sarcastic," Bea asked. " What? I'm not, why be sarcastic with you guys. Actually am grateful I got you by my sides, " I didn't mean to hurt only to mess with Angie a little bit but she was so pissed off. We walked slowly until we reached her room. Bea opened the door for us and left giving us space. Angie was not mad but scared. She was staring at me as if she wanted to savour the moment. I don't know what was going on in her mind and I was scared to asked. I stared at her for some moments before I took the towel and left. " I'll be out in a few, " I said even though I doubted she would hear. " And I'll be here waiting, " she replied casually. I went in the bathroom to have a quick shower but I chose to use the bath tub. After making sure I was clean I stood and wrapped the towel around my body but my head felt heavy. I stumbled looking for something to hold and offer support but nothing was close. I tried to call Angie but I think I wasn't audible enough. I felt a sharp pain in my head and held it with my hands, I squatted down and slowly laid on the cold tiled floor and as darkness engulfed me before passing out. Meanwhile, Angie felt restless. Twenty minutes are over and she's not showing up. The water was not running and neither was there any noise or movement could be heard. She contemplated on the situation for while before deciding to go in but what met her eyes made her heart almost stop. Faith was there lying on the floor like a lifeless log. " Faith...Faith please wake up.. open your eyes please," tears started to flee slowly from her eyes. " Faith... someone help," she managed to ask for help as she continued to wake her up and luckily someone heard and came to her rescue. " Ma'am, Ma'am where are you," someone called. " In here," she responded. " Omg, what happened?" it was Cate, she also works here. She helped her lift her up slowly holding her towel tight not to expose her body. Bea also came to check what's taking them long. " Angie what's taking you.. " she couldn't manage to finish her nagging when she saw the scene before her. "..what happened?" she asked as she rushed at their sides and slowly laying Faith on the bed. " We need to take her to the hospital now," Angie said freaking out. " Like this?" Bea asked her pointing at the unconscious Faith who was only covered by the towel. " Help me dress her up, and Cate tell the driver to get the car ready." " Yes ma'am," she left hurriedly and almost tripped down. " What wrong Cate," Sir William asked " What happened, is everything alright?" " No Sir, she... she.." she was panting and could hardly catch her breath. " She...who? is Faith alright?" " No Boss, she's unconscious and.." Sir William couldn't wait for her to finish her sentence as he also rushed upstairs and Cate called out for the driver to get the car ready. Sir William was also afraid of the current situation. He couldn't comprehend what was happening. He was living with her for the past two weeks and nothing like this has ever happened, but now I'm t seemed different. In Angeline's bedroom she laid there unconscious, not knowing what was going on with her. Her eyes were closed tightly as if in deep sleep but there were tear flowing down slowly maybe hoping not to be seen but they saw it. They were staring at her Angie lost in the moment of pain and sorrow but she wasn't dead and her heartbeats could be heard. Uncle William carried her into the car and they hurriedly left for the hospital where the doctor was with them after the emergency and restless call he has received earlier. As soon as they arrived they found the doctor waiting who directed them to the 'ER' (emergency room) and stopped them from entering. " We will take care of it from here," the doctor said. " Is she gonna be okay," Angie asked. " We will do our best to bring her back," with that the doctor left closing the door behind him. Angie couldn't control her own emotions while Bea watched at her closely. His dad was also trying to comprehend what's happening with her daughter. The last time she acted this way was when her mom was in the hospital. While the doctors were attending her mom inside the ICU, she had lost her cool, and since then nothing like this ever happened but here they are, restless Angie leaves everyone in confusing having to worry about her also. " Angie, she will be alright," Bea said walking to where her cousin was trying to calm her down. " Will she alright?" she asked rubbing tears from her face. " I've never seen you like this Angie, what's happening," her cousin asked both worried and concerned. " I don't know but she can't leave just like that," she insisted walking towards the door. " I've never felt so much at peace since mom left like I have in the last 24 hours, she makes feel at ease and in peace with myself..." Bea looked at his uncle then at her cousin. It was evident that they were shocked and didn't know what to do. The Angie who was buried years ago was showing today and this was not the best place either. " I know her as a fighter, but am worried that when she gets well you'll be in there as well," his dad tried to joke with her as he patted her shoulder. " Dad!," she called but she managed to smile amidst tears "...there's nothing to joke about, what if.." "..no what's ifs Angel, she will be alright," he assured. Thirty minutes were due and yet no update. The atmosphere seemed hard to cut through. Staying closer to each other they waited eagerly. The doctor opened the door and as soon as they heard the door open they stood up. " How's she doctor," it was Angie who asked almost immediately. " She's out of danger," he said. " Can I go see her." " Yeah sure," she couldn't wait to hear anything as she rushed in followed by her cousin.
