Jaspers POV:
An i***t. A damn i***t is what I feel like . After seeing my mate last night I took one too many drinks and that girl whom I’m guessing is the pack w***e wooed me into my room for some fun . She got undressed and started unbuttoning my pants and as she was walking towards me I just put my hands up and told her to stop. I’ve went this long without any s****l activity without my mate I’m not going to ruin it just because she’s a woman without a wolf . I didn’t want to be rude so I set up the couch and laid on there as she went to the bed . I explained to her that she’s a beautiful woman but I had no intention on having s*x with her since she’s not my mate and to please respect it. She smiled and told me she respected that and went to the bed and went to sleep and not moments later I passed out myself . The next morning as the sun was shining through my window I heard a knock , I figured it was an omega to let me know about breakfast or something but that thought left my mind once the knocking turned into a demanding bang. I groggily got up and went to open the door with the she-wolf behind me looking confused . I opened the door and there stood my beautiful mate . I was still stuck between wanting to take her and telling her to leave . By the looks of her face she was pissed .
“You a******, you didn’t even give me a chance, give us a chance . You didn’t even try to get to know me .” She practically screamed at me.
“ You are a nobody . I know enough about you , you have no wolf and you are just a weak a** human , too weak to run my pack by my side as my Luna.” I replied , letting my anger get the best of me.
The she wolf behind me snickered and it took everything in me to not turn around and slap her and tell her to get the hell out of my room but I don’t hit women and I’m focused on my mate in front of me. I watched her face fill with pain but then the most unexpected happened . Her eyes changed to the most beautiful of mix of colors , blue , purple, pink,black with white specks. Like I was look up at the night sky , like a galaxy. I gasped as her wolf spoke to me and it was the most melodic sound I’ve ever heard.
“ You better watch how you talk to my human you pathetic pup. I tried to stay back and out of my humans life because she is one hell of a strong woman but you just broke her heart and she was counting on you as her mate . Our mother makes no mistakes but this one she must not have seen herself . My human and I are stronger than you and your entire pack combined and even more and you will be sorry when you see that one day . Also , the pack w**** is an even worse choice of a Luna than my human would be on her own. I’m also sure you have yet talked to your wolf this morning since you blocked him last night for your dumb needs. He’s hurting, I have put a barrier up between him and I because I am at the brink of rejecting both of you but I will let my human decide that fate. You better hope she’s kinder than I am. Pathetic alpha pup.”
Even though her wolf literally just talked me down to the size of an ant I was in love . I felt like the biggest i***t ever . She came back to the front as her wolf retreated to the back and she ran . The girl behind me whispered ‘oh s**t’ and I had suddenly remembered she was there . I turned around and used my alpha tone “ Do not speak of her wolf or tell anyone about this, if I find out you do then you will answer to me.”
Her eyes widened “ yes alpha” and she left . I went to shower and then got dressed and decided to look for my mate . I went to the kitchen and asked if she had stopped by and they told me she ate her oatmeal and left for her run. I walked out and sniffed for her . Strawberries and chocolates, I followed her scent and I saw her laying on the ground .
“ hey my beautiful mate “ I said to her but the second I approached her and didn’t get a response I realized she was passed out .
‘F***, I need to get her to the doctor’. I scooped her up and started running , practically flying since I was going so fast.
“Where’s the pack doctor ?!” I was screaming as I kept running . Many wolves pointed in the same direction and I went straight to the building .
The doctor approached me ,” what happened ?”
“ I don’t know doc I found her on the ground like this.”
“Place her here and I’ll run tests. “I placed her in the hospital bed and the wheeled her away from me . I felt my heart break . ‘Please be okay’ I thought.
“You’re a damn i***t human.” My wolf finally speaks after all this time . “ I tried to tell you. “
“I know I’m sorry.”
He practically flipped me off In my mind and retreated to the back. Now to wait for the news of my mate. ‘S***’.’
