"Hell no!" Caden couldn't hold back a curse. "This guy's putting on a show for his wife, trying to salvage his sinking marriage."
"Salvage his marriage?" Daniel squinted, giving Carson a meaningful look.
"Yeah." Caden nodded, then spilled the whole story to Daniel.
Afterwards, he chuckled. "This guy's as stubborn as they come. If he won't let me back into the clinic, I'll just go elsewhere. Why did he have to drag you along with me here? As long as I'm not at the clinic, Miranda won't have a clue where I am!"
