34. Green, blue, and gold
Shi Lang watches with interest when the manager takes them down into the mine. The wooden cage is not to his liking, but it goes straight down for quite a while before it stops. He could have flown down the shaft, but the humans with him could not. The space that opens up for them is incredible. The huge cave holds piles of tools, crates, and even house-like structures. There are a few workers down here, calmly going about their work. Nobody gives them another glance past that initial greeting. He thinks it’s highly unusual, but he’s never visited a working mine before. The manager takes them to the crates. “These are the Sapphires we haven’t brought up yet.
