Shelly pov.
I was heading to Cords room when I saw his mom knock on his door. I have been trying my best to get on her good side. Maybe if she likes me he will decide to pick me as his mate. But no such luck. She annoyed the heck out of me
And I tried to avoid her at all cost. When the door opened and she went inside. I walked quickly to the door to see if I could hear anything. I heard bits and pieces something to do with a chosen mate and the party. I hid in a the corner so she wouldn't see me when she came out. I made sure that she left before I tried the door knob it twisted and I opened the door. I heard the shower going. I decided to wait and sit on the edge of the bed. Ten minutes later he came out with a towel around his waist.
