Chapter 2.0

The next day, Chatter filled the air as I smelt the bleach off the tables as I sat my tray in front of me next to my friend Desiree whom I met a year prior, as Cailtyn, Andrea, Adriana and Adre'anna sat across from us. Caitlyn and Adriana were best friends and Andrea and Adre'anna sat by each other for the same reason.

"So, what are y'all plans for over the weekend?" Cailtyn asked me.

"I've got a party to go tomorrow I believe" I answer

"A Party?" Cailtyn asks

"Yea my cousins JJ and Ryan's birthday is either this month or next month and they always go all out for their birthday" I say "It's actually pretty despite them being jerks sometimes"

"How so?" Desiree asks

"Well, I guess due to my aunts and uncles coming to America from the Philippines, they become a little snobby but most of them have a huge house" I say with a shrug "especially my auntie Eydie"

"How big does the party get?" Adriana asks

"We'll its a Filipino party so to be honest its a lot of people and someone of them I know I'm related to but like the others, I have no idea. They tend to have big bounces houses which I think they bought cause the use the same one over I believe"

"Wow" one of them said

"We'll to be honest it's pretty normal. I've groan up around them and they're all nurses" I pick up my sandwich and answer in between bites."I've been told its normal in the Philippines to go all out like this"

"wow, I was going to say something about a sleepover, though I don't know if my grandma would agree, since she doesn't know you all but she lets Adriana all the time." Caitlyn says

"Yea, but haven't you and Adriana known each other for a long time? So it'd make sense" I say "Besides I don't know if my grandma would say yes anyways, they don't really let me spend the night anywhere"

"Yea, I'd have to ask my mom to" Desiree said as I stood up and walk away to put my tray away. I look over to see teachers standing up and calling classes to come back to the rooms. "Well looks, like it's time to get back to class"

I stand behind Desiree as the others go with Caitlyn to their class that was together. "Math class, here we come" I say sarcastically with jazz hands and Desiree laughs at my joke.

I felt someone step on the back of my shoe and turn to see a guy with bright blonde hair and blue eyes "Stop" I hiss as he laughs with one of his friends "Go" He says and I roll my eyes.

I stumble forward shooting him a look "My bad" He says and I turn back around.

"Stupid Jerk" I whisper underneath my breath.

"What was that?" He asked as we were in the hallway

"I called you a jerk" I say shooting him a look as he laughs.
