In a world where the level of power is everything, there was a war after emerging a new rank in which some developed skills on humans, and they were called irregular, after the appearance of this many were afraid because some had dangerous skills, and began to segregate them, reaching such a point to exclude and call them moustrós .
A war originated because people with skills wanted to be part of society and not be excluded by it, but there were groups of governments who preferred to ignore these demands, and the irregular before so much humiliation received by society, orchestrated by their own country rebelled against them and began the war, which lasted almost a year leaving hatred, resentment and death in all countries that were immersed in this conflict.
Some time later some countries took radical positions, expelling the few people with the abilities that existed and those that were born, others tried to adapt them, but only those who had non-dangerous abilities. And they began to classify the people with a new standard of levels 1,2,3 the irregular ones, they were assigned to any of those ranks.
Meanwhile those with dangerous abilities are still there planning to take revenge and change this world and its rules from the shadows.
