I asked frantically as I rushed to where Clyde still stood with his jaw hanging loose after having watched Paige leave the training ground angrily. I did not want to intrude on her training because I knew she wouldn't like it, my presence had to be uncomfortable for her after what I'd done, which is why I'd instructed Clyde to carry on with her training, at least until things eased up between us.
