I thought everything was a joke, I thought he was just saying it to make me feel relaxed. I didn't know he meant his words. I wasn't sure what exactly to expect, but not up to an hour after his departure, to my utter surprise, some omegas walked into the room, curt smiles on their faces as they had some clothes in their hands, some of them carrying trays containing different foods, including some foods I had never seen in all my years of existence.
The food looked good, I could almost feel myself salivate, not at all remembering the last time I had something to eat. But it wasn't safe. I scolded myself, reminding myself that it could all be a plan, this might all just be a ploy to lure me in and next thing, I might find myself waking up in a dungeon, bound in silver chains.
