I looked at Ezra, who was completely calm.
It was as if he saw the whole thing coming from a mile away.
To be expected, when he wants to be, Ezra can be highly perceptive if he wants to be.
He looked at me and then sighed.
“I guess we have to get going.”
We got up and got dressed before going downstairs to say our goodbyes.
Since the Alpha and his Luna were busy, we didn’t want to disturb.
We said our goodbyes to the Beta and Gamma and got on the way.
“Whatever plans you had to destroy my father’s allies. I think you should start getting serious with it. You know, throw caution to the wind,” Ezra said to me.
