Bella After three songs, I couldn’t do another. My heels were for show and not dance, and I wasn’t ashamed to say. The third song ended and eased into something lighter, but Miro didn’t release me right away. He kept his hand at my waist and guided me toward the edge of the dance floor where the crowd thinned and the night air spilled in through open glass doors.
