Umami , dragged Leap out of the tent. It was a beautiful sight, people doing chores with ease.
Drawing water from a stream some miles away. Lifting stuff with just a thought.
Umami gave him a tour of the village. Leap saw a huge rock, sitting in the middle of the village. He tried getting close to the rock but Umami stopped him.
"No, no go close to La.", Umami said to leap shaking his head and waving his hands.
They continue their tour, the people in the village looked at them, as they passed by.
Finally, they got to a tent. Umami entered and Leap follow. Inside was a middle aged man sitting on the floor.
"Leap Andrew Webb Year, welcome"
The man said pointing to the floor opposite him.
"How do you know my name?", Leap asked the man.
" Call it mind reading, I know almost everything. I didn't actually read your mind,that will be rude. I know everything one knows, if the get within 5 feet of me.", The man explained.
" it's fine, I just want to get back to my time. Do you people have any time traveler to help me?", Leap asked frantically.
" Wait, is that how you can speak english?",leap asked.
" We have someone who can help you.",
" Hey, you didn't answer my question."
They sat there looking at each other for a while. Then Leap said
" Thank God, how soon can I meet this person", Leap asked.
" You've already met her", the man said smiling.
He and Umami went back to their tent.
Later they were in the tent, when the girl came and waved Leap over.
He pointed at himself and the girl nodded.
Umami followed, the girl took a stance and started breathing in and out, then she started moving hands.
She stopped to look at leap who was still standing still.
She smacked his body parts into position. Leap was still in his uniform,that looked like it was painted on him.
"She teach you, majik", Umami said to leap.
She does the routine again, this time leap follows but does it wrong. This went on for sometime and leap lost it.
"You just keep, smacking me. I don't know what this has to do with time travel. At least say something.", Leap said swinging his arms.
" She say nothing, I say for her", Umami said to leap.
" she say nothing…Oh my God, she is dumb.", Leap said feeling ashamed.
"Ulna, mi yoo, good majika", Umami said crossing his right index and ring fingers then a fist.
Ulna then walked towards leap about an inch away from him she disappeared an appeared behind him.
