This book has been such great fun to write. I loved every minute of it and can't wait to explore more of Albya in the next book (Eron). The taigeis on Eron's farm are super cute and I'd give anything to have one myself. My friend Arizona drew me one, isn't it adorable?
I'd been wanting to write about 'Scottish' aliens for ages, so when I got the chance to write a series for the Intergalactic Dating Agency, there was no stopping me. I live on the West coast of Scotland with a view of both rolling green hills and a sea loch – the perfect inspiration. I rarely have men in kilts walking past my window, but during the summer I do occasionally get to see topless males on the seafront. Passers-by, please be assured that none of you were the model for Thorrn.
