SAMIEN'S POV
I began seeing more of Vesperus around the academy, and though I hated this, there's nothing I could do.
She went around with a strange aura, her eyes screaming at me. She seemed to know something, one that could cause trouble for me.
“That was great!” She said to me on one of her visits, hands clasped to her side.
I glared at her, eyes rolling. “Thank you.”
Then I turned to leave, colors draining from my eyes. The sight of her made me nauseous.
“Are you avoiding me?” She appeared in front of me, fiercely blocking my path.
“Avoiding you? Why should I?” I sneered, feigning a smile.
