Thirty-Nine The next day, Bea sat in her car seat playing with Dolly. She murmured while she dressed Dolly in the same dress she had just taken off, caressing her brittle hair. "You're such a good dolly baby. I love my little baby. Your hair is so pretty. You look nice today in your new dress."
