I woke up to the rays of sunlight flashing on my face. Groaning softly, I opened my eyes, and the first thing that caught my attention was the ceiling of the room. Then, slowly, I looked sideways, and my breath hitched when I noticed Alpha Nathan seated on the armchair, staring at me. Instantly, I sat up on the bed and panicked.
