Cynthia's POV The clock on the wall ticked loudly. Jamie was supposed to be home in an hour or two. I had spent the last two hours staring at my phone, waiting for news about Jamie. Some part of me was waiting for bad news and the other part of me just stayed silent. Instead, I got a picture. It was from an unknown number, but I knew where it was from.
