I refused to let Kyle stop me from seeing my sister. Never.
I don’t give a damn about the magic bonds or what Kyle would do if he finds out I went to see my family after he told me not to go.
The estate was forty minutes drive. I spent the entire drive rehearsing what I’d say to Dad. But every version of the conversation ended with me screaming. Saying things I couldn’t take back. Maybe that’s what needed to happen.
