Chapter 9 - Wolf Goddess

“The Wolf Goddess is now in our world, Alphas” The wolf seer said

The council and the Alphas were having a meeting because of this sudden vision of the seer.

“How that happen? Isn’t the last Wolf Goddess died 200 years ago?” one of the Alphas said

“Yes, but we have new Wolf Goddess now. I am not sure why she suddenly came here in our world and left the Eternal Kingdom where Gods and Goddesses live” the seer replied

“Did you see her face? What did she look like? And how old is she?” One of the councils asked

“I’m sorry but I didn’t see her face, but I think she’s around early 20s. Her body looks young” the seer said

“We need to find her as soon as possible; we need to protect her before the rogues get her and other kingdom. As you know, the prince of Dark Kingdom now has become greedy to power, and the Rogue Prince is friend with him, they formed an ally now. My source said someone from our kind stole the Dark Prince’s Princess. And I’m afraid that they are plotting against us to kill the wolf who mated his princess, that will create chaos as many of our kind will be involve in fighting against them” the head council said

“There are few wolves who mated different kind, maybe we can look for that person?” one of the council members suggested

“Aren’t Alpha Rex and Alpha Ryan mated different kind?” another council member asked

“Yes, she’s my daughter and she’s a human, so I don’t think she’s the one we’ll gonna look for” Alpha Fritz said seriously

The meeting room became silent for a moment then the Council Head breaks it.

“Well then, we will for the Wolf Goddess and the princess of Dark Prince at the same time to prevent the wars”

Everyone agreed and one by one they left the meeting room.

The Twin Alphas did not inform their mate’s father anymore about her disappearance as they don’t want to add more problem, and their mate is their responsibility now. After the meeting they went back to their pack and lock their selves in their office again. They felt helpless as they can’t do anything to find their mate. They don’t know where to start in finding her as there’s no single trace of her. The last trace was on her room and nothing else outside.

On the other side

“Did you find who’s the mates of my princess?” Dark Prince Blake asked coldly

“There are only few twins our world, but the Twin Alphas recently found their mate. They already mated her and became the Luna of their pack, but as far as I know, she’s a human. Her name is Elen Harold.” Rogue Prince Zair said boringly

“Then get the mate of every twin and bring them to me! I want every twin dead to invalidate the mate bond!” Dark Prince Blake angrily said

“The other will be easy but it will be hard to get the mate of the Twin Alphas especially kill them. I’ll lose many of my warriors”

“Then I’ll give you some of my power to make it easy” he said while grinning

“Sounds good. I’ll make sure to get your princess” the Rogue Prince agreed greedily

“We’ll do the ritual tomorrow, and I want you to start finding my princess and kill her mates!”

‘No one can get you from me, Tiana. You’re mine, mine alone!’ Dark Prince Blake shout in his mind while glaring in air.

The Rogue Prince was somewhat scared of him as he can’t do anything, he admitted that magic users are stronger than their kinds as they can kill them just by using their hand or mind, while their kinds need to fight manually in their human form or their wolf form. They have their special ability like their speed and shapeshifting but it’s not enough for someone like Dark Prince as they possessed strong powers. The reason why he agreed instantly when the Dark Prince suggested to give him some of his power. He agreed without thinking what will happen to his rogue warriors and what his father, the Rogue King will think. He just wanted power.

The next day, they did the ritual successfully. The Dark Prince taught him the basic techniques and how to control the dark power. They trained for 2 days for Rogue Prince to be able to do the tricks. After learning the basic techniques, they started to do the operation of kidnapping the mate of every twin. They successfully kidnapped some of them and the Rogue Prince killed those wolves who interfere with them, especially those twin wolves. But they still did not succeed on finding the princess.

Those kidnapping and killing alarmed the council and every pack. What most alarming was when they found out that the Rogue Prince possessed dark magic. Many of the wolves felt scared.

“It’s been 3 weeks, many twin wolves already died, and their mates were kidnapped! There are fewer twins left. 5 twins from different packs and the Twin Alphas. We should stay alert and protect them” The council head said frustrated “We still haven’t found the Wolf Goddess, but the assassinations already started, what more if they found out about her presence?!” he added

“Maybe every twin wolf, and their mates can stay with Midnight Pack for the meantime while we’re still solving the problem. We will add more security around the pack land to ensure the safety of each pack members of Midnight Pack. Is that fine with you Alpha Rex and Alpha Ryan?” one of the councils said

“It’s fine to us” Alpha Ryan replied

“Then it’s settled for now, they should be move in Midnight Pack as soon as possible. We will send more warriors starting tonight. You may all leave now” Council Head said, and everyone left the room.

“What are you planning now, Tiana? The Rogue Prince already killed many of the wolves” King Harry said

The three of them are all gathering inside the King’s office

“I’ll go back on the other day” Elen replied then took a sip of her coffee

“Blake is really obsessed in you Tiana; I can’t believe Blake will be like that. He was once a sweet friend of yours when both of you were just kids” Queen Orla worriedly said

Blake was like a son to them; he was always with Tiana when they were just kids. He was known for being a sweet little kid despite of his dark power. But it changed when he cannot control his power anymore, it influenced his brain. And it worsened when Tiana rejected him when he confessed his love towards her. But there’s still part of him fighting his power, he was still listening to Tiana’s words. But they guessed, he really cannot accept the fact that Tiana was already mated and already love someone else. His power conquered him again which led to the happenings now in the Wolf World.

“Do you need help from us? We can send some of our warriors” King Harry offered

“No need, Dad. But thank you for your offer. I can do it alone. It’s just the Rogue Prince and his warriors, beside out pack have thousands of warriors”

“But are you sure you will not leave now? Isn’t it will be late if you will stay here for 2 more days? The Rogue Prince possessed dark magic now, the wolves will be in disadvantage situation if you came late, he might do something on your mates. Yes, your pack warriors and mates are strong, but they do not possess any magic, Tiana” King Harry is concern about the wolves as he knows that they are important to Tiana

“Don’t worry, Dad. I will handle this problem. It started because of me, then I will be the one to stop this too.” Elen said expressionless.

King Harry let out a deep breath as he cannot persuade Elen anymore to go back to her pack now. He doesn’t know what she’s planning but he will just support her.

“Anyway, how’s the training of Mira? Is she getting better?” Queen Orla changed the topic

“Yes, Mom. She is doing great. She already mastered all basic techniques and now on process of improving the hard techniques. I made sure that she can depend on herself now from Blake if ever he will use Mira again against me”

“Thank you, Tiana.” Queen Orla said

“You don’t need to thank me, Mom. She is on danger because of me. I left this world for her safety, but it just worsened the situation.” Elen said frustratedly

“It’s not your fault, Tiana. Everything happens for a reason, always remember that” Queen Orla said then she hugged Elen. Elen just sigh.

After 2 days…

“Alpha! We’re under attack!” Beta Mike said to the Twin Alphas

“Make sure the pack members are on the same place! Let some warriors to guard them. Then the rest will come with us. Let’s go!” Alpha Rex commanded

They both left their office and went outside the pack house. They saw their warriors fighting with the rogues. They immediately fought other rogues too and kill them instantly. The field is now surrounded by dead bodies and their blood.

The Twin Alphas shifted in their wolf and attacked every rogue in their way. They shifted back to their human form when they saw the Rogue Prince not far away.

“Well, well, well. It’s nice to see you, Twin Alphas” Rogue Prince Zair said when he saw the Twin

“What do you want, rogue?!” Alpha Ryan angrily shouted at him

“Gave me every twin wolf in your land together with their mate and we will leave. Oh, before I forgot, hand your mate too, she’s not excepted though she’s just a human, hahaha” Zair devilishly laugh

“We will never give them to you, especially out mate! Grrr” Ryan growled at him

“Well then, we’ll get them by force” Zair said, and he attacked Ryan

They throw punches and kicks to each other, but they are both strong, no one let losses to one another, but Zair fell on the ground when Rex attacked behind him. Rex stabbed his back by his claws and kicked him hard.

Zair got angry and growled loudly, he threw a dark ball at Rex, but Rex dodged it and shifted to his wolf. He attacked Zair, but Zair once again threw dark balls, Rex avoided them, but he did not notice the one the dark ball and it hit him. He flew at the ground because of the impact. The dark ball gave him burn in his arm.

Ryan was about to attack Zair, but Zair released dark bomb and threw it to Ryan’s position. The bomb exploded which made Ryan flew away and his body hardly fallen at the ground due to the impact. He gained many bruises by the explosion but managed to get up from the ground.

Seeing his twin situation, Rex who was still in his wolf form, became furious and run fast toward Zair. He bit Zair’s one leg which made Zair shouted at pain, but he managed to create a dark sword. As he stabbed Rex’ wolf’s back, they heard a female voice and loud growl.

“NOOOOO!!!!!! GRRRRR!!!!” it was from Elen who just arrived at the location of the twin and Zair.

She was fighting with other rogues before she arrived at the scene.

As she witnessed how Zair stabbed her mate. She shifted into a white wolf who’s much larger than the normal wolf and even Alpha’s wolf. Her furs were shining like crystal. Her wolf’s forehead had a symbol of crown which symbolizes the Wolf Goddess.

She growled loudly and furiously which made all wolves stopped fighting and kneel down from their positions even the rogues who don’t follow anyone but their King and Prince only. They all shivered by the growl they heard. They never felt so scared of death in their whole lives, the growl was more different from their Alphas’ growls even if they were mad.

Even Zair felt scared from the wolf who is now coming near him. His body shivered and became more scared when he stared in the white wolf’s eyes. Her eyes’ color is the exact opposite of her furs. Zair cannot move from his body, he wanted to raise his hand to release dark powers, but he can’t control his body, he was like bewitched and someone controlled his own body.

Just then, the white wolf is already in his front, it’s looking at him like it will kill him anytime. The wolf keeps on growling and walk around him like waiting for a right time to attack him. He felt helpless even if he already possesses dark magic.

“Grrrr!!!” the Wolf Goddess once again growled loudly, and slowly walked in front of Zair while showing her long canines.

‘How dare you hurt my mates and my pack!’ Elen mind linked him

As she is the Wolf Goddess, she can mind link every wolf even if they are rogues

Zair looked shocked as he realized what the wolf in front of him said, she’s the Twin Alphas’ mate, the Luna Elen of Midnight Pack. But he thought the Twin Alphas’ mate was a human, why the wolf in front of him told him they are her mates. He can’t believe what’s he’s thinking, but then realization hit him, if the Twin Alphas’ mate is extraordinary, it means she was the one they were looking for, the Dark Prince’s princess.

Elen heard what he was thinking in his head.

‘Yes, you got it right. But, sorry to tell you… say goodbye to the world now, Rogue!’ Elen said in his mind again then she stabbed him in his heart using her claws. She putted poison in her claws before she stabbed it to him, and the poison immediately spread to his body and now slowly killing him.
