Chapter 2 - Fight with Delta

The next day, the Alpha requested for a DNA Test to make sure Elen is really his daughter that’s why the ceremony will be moved once they got the result in 2 days. For the meantime, Elen will be unofficial pack member of the Shadow Pack.
After she went to the hospital pack to get blood sample, she went to the training ground although the Doctor said that she needs to rest because the doctor know that she is a human and getting blood sample may weaken her body, but its nothing to her.
Elen concealed her full wolf blood, but she made sure to leave 1% of it especially the Alpha Blood mixed in her human blood. Human and normal wolves have the same blood color, but the Alphas have mixed of red and gold blood, so Elen left 1% of the gold blood mixed in her red blood, they will still be able to see that gold blood even it is tiny.
Elen is currently watching the battle game in training ground. The warriors are having a wrestling battle using their human forms. They in the middle of fighting when Beta Rei came to the referee and whispered something. The referee smiled and commanded the fighters to stop.
“Dear warriors and pack members, Beta Rei said that we have a guest and a soon-to-be pack member. May I call on Miss Elen to come here in the ground?” the referee said
Elen looked at Beta Rei with one-raised eyebrow, but the Beta just smiled at her and nod at her. She fixes her hoody first then she stands up from her chair and walk straight to the ground ignoring the stares of the pack members inside the training ground.
“What are you planning, Beta Rei” Elen asked when she reached the ground
“Nothing, I just want you to introduce to Delta Cyrus and the pack members especially the pack warriors as you will train with them when you are officially announced as pack member” the Beta said while mocking her, but Elen just grinned at him
“Really? I thought I will be the one to train them” Elen mocked back at him
“Huh! Let’s see. Why don’t you have a fight with Delta Cyrus? He’s the one in-charge of training the pack warriors and of course he’s the strongest among them”
“Sounds good, I’m a bit bored watching those warriors earlier” Elen said while yawning
The warriors fighting earlier gave her deadly glares, but she ignores them
“So, where’s that Delta of yours, hmm?” Elen boredly asked
“Feisty human huh. Good day to you, I’m Delta Cyrus. Nice to meet you, Miss Elen” someone said
Elen looked at the person who just claim to be the Delta Cyrus is the no other than the referee of the fight earlier
“Ohh you’re a Delta? I thought you’re just a referee for the boring fight earlier” Elen said mockingly, and the Delta glared at her, but she doesn’t care
“You! Human! You surely have guts! Don’t forget that you’re in our territory, you’re just a human and we are wolves!” the Delta angrily said
“Chill, little wolf. I didn’t know wolves are more short-tempered than humans huh”
“Calm down, Delta Cyrus. You cannot kill that human” Beta Rei said then whispered to Delta Cyrus “She’s Alpha’s daughter, but we’re still checking if she’s saying the truth, so make sure don’t kill her. Just give her the lesson she deserves”
Elen smirks as she heard what the Beta whispered to Delta.
“Can we fight now? I’m sleepy” Elen said while yawning again and stretching her arms
The pack members are whispering to each other and confused why there’s a human in their pack. Some are glaring to Elen too as she has a feisty attitude while being just a human.
“You’re impatient, human. Let me give what you want. Let’s start” Delta said
The Delta positioned himself in fighting position while Elen is just standing straight in her place. Some pack members are laughing at her because she looks like don’t know how to fight. But those pack warriors who witnessed her strength last night are watching silently and wondering if she can beat the Delta also as she beat the three rogues last nights in just few moves.
Her head remains lowered while waiting for the opponent to attack her. No one moves but the Delta is impatient and attacks her first. The Delta throws a strong punch toward her face, but she just moves her head to side, she heard the wind from her left ear as impact of the strong punch then she moves her whole body to her right side to avoid the body of Delta that will fall down as he cannot control the balance of his body after his fist did not able to reach the target.
Delta angrily stands up after his fall and glares to Elen’s back as she didn’t even look at the Delta’s fall. He immediately kicks Elen’s back, but Elen jumps in the air making the Delta falls down again. Elen descends not too far from Delta’s position and her back is still facing the Delta.
Delta Cyrus immediately stands up again. He releases his claws and attacks the back of Elen but he’s about to scratch Elen, she turns around and choke him. He didn’t know but he suddenly cannot move even a little bit. Elen is still looking down when she grabbed the neck of Delta Cyrus. She lifts the body of Delta, and she runs until they reach the nearest tree. She placed the back of Delta in the tree, and she raise her head. The Delta gasped when she looked at his eyes. Those deep black colored eyes, he suddenly felt fears in his body. His body trembled and his face color became red, he can’t breathe anymore. The grip of the human’s hand is so strong that he can’t even move as if it his veins stopped working in his body.
“What’s happening here?!” suddenly the Alpha appeared and shouted using his Alpha voice.
Every pack member who are watching the fight lowered their head as submission to their Alpha. Just then, Elen released the Delta and walked towards her Father as if nothing happened.
“What the hell is this, Elen?!” the Alpha angrily asked her, but she just looked at him expressionless with her deep black eyes. Once again, the Alpha felt chill in his veins that’s why he looked away from Elen’s eyes
“Why don’t you ask your Beta, it’s his idea to have a battle between me and your Delta” Elen plainly said, and she walk pass-by her Father, then she stopped after some steps.
“Oh, by the way, your warriors are boring. They can easily be killed when the war happens, even your Delta is such a weakling, how can a mere human defeat him. He even can’t lay a finger on me. He even tried to use his claws to our fight though I already ignored him using his wolf speed, tsk tsk. What a cheater” Elen coldly said before she continues to leave the training ground.
The Alpha felt humiliated by her words. How can a human defeat his Delta? His pack is the second to the strongest packs in the country!
“Bring the Delta to the hospital pack! And you, Beta Rei! We need to talk!” The Alpha is surely angry to what happened in addition to this, his Beta made a decision without consulting it to him even he knew that girl might be really his daughter.
“What the hell are you thinking Rei?!” the Alpha roared as soon they reach his office
“I’m sorry, Alpha. I just want to confirm her strength” the Beta said while bowing his head.
“Confirm for what?! How can you let a human humiliate my pack warriors?!”
“I’m really sorry Alpha, I just want to confirm it before I tell you this. It may sound embarrassing for our pack, but I think if she’s really your daughter, we can ask her to train our warriors. You also witnessed how strong she is even she’s just a human. She can help us to be the strongest pack” the Beta’s explanation
“You think she can help us?! Even she trains the pack warriors, they can’t beat even the weakiest warrior of those Twin Alphas’ pack!”
“I… I didn’t think of it thoroughly. My apology, Alpha. This will not happen again.” He apologized while his still lowered
“The Twin Alphas’ birthday is coming near. There will be a competition between the warriors of every pack. Tell Cyrus to train the warriors harder, I can’t see my warriors being defeated from other pack warriors except from the Midnight pack warriors. Is that clear?!”
“Yes, Alpha”
“You may go now”
Beta Rei was surprised when he saw Elen standing outside the door
“Do you need something, Miss Elen?” Beta Rei asked while looking away from her face
“The competition sounds like exciting; can I join?”
“What?! No!” the Alpha disagree when he heard what Elen said
“How about a bet, my dear Alpha Father?” Elen grins to her offer
“I can’t allow you disgrace my pack! You’re just a human! You’re just lucky to defeat those rogues and my Delta!” the Alpha said angrily
“Oh? Is that so? How about I break your warriors’ ribs so no one in your warriors can participate?”
“Is that how you will treat the pack of your father?!”
“Oh? You’re accepting me now as your daughter without the result? Anyway, I don’t care. How about let your warriors fight with me? If they can defeat me, even just one warrior defeats me, I will not join the competition and I will also leave this pack whether you’re really my father or not” Elen coldly said
The Alpha growls on what Elen said, Beta Rei lowered immediately his head, but Elen just stared to the Alpha
“Just so you know, your growls don’t affect me my dear Father” she mockingly said that made the Alpha growls again
“Fine! Tomorrow you will fight against my warriors!” the Alpha said while looking away from Elen’s gaze
“Alpha!” Beta Rei dispute
“Both of you leave my office now! Tell the warriors to get ready for the battle tomorrow Beta Rei!”
Beta Rei can’t do anything to his Alpha’s decision, he irritatingly glance to Elen before he leave the office.
“You really disappoint Mother right now, Alpha Father. Just have faith in your daughter. Do you think I will have guts to enter this world if I can’t protect myself from any wolf? Weather you proven that I’m really your daughter or not, we will never have good relationship. I will expect you tomorrow to watch how weak your warriors, my dear Alpha Father” Elen said using her cold tone which made her father stiffened
The Alpha don’t know why this girl has the power to make them feel fear just by her tone and stare.
‘Who really are you, Elen? How can a mere human do that to us, wolves?’ The Alpha asked in his mind
“A person you won’t like to mess with” Elen whispered in air
After she left her father’s office, she went to the forest lake of the pack land and sat under the tree beside the lake
‘Do you think the Twin Alphas, your father talking about are really strong?’ Elena the wolf asked
“Maybe, their pack won’t be the strongest one if the Alphas are not strong enough”
‘But did you felt something when you heard about the Twin Alphas?’
“What do you mean?”
‘Nothing, you know maybe they can be our mates hihi. The Moon Goddess told me that the Twin Alphas will have one mate. Their mate is lucky to have twin mates hihi and I wish they are our mates. I can have two mates yipieeee’
“I don’t really get why you’re my wolf. Our personality is really different from each other tsk. You’re such a flirty wolf”
‘Ouch, is it bad to dream of having to mates? Hmp’
“Whatever, but that will be fine for me. I don’t want a weak mate”
‘Just admit it that you really like the idea of being the Twin Alphas’ mate Elen hahaha’
“Tsk, go away. Just train yourself. Don’t pester me anymore!”
‘Wahahaha, Elen is a flirty one too~ Dreaming of having two mates’
“Shut up, wolf! One more word from you, you will never shift again”
‘Ooopsss, bye, Elen. Moon Goddess is calling me now hihi’
Tsk, why do I have her. Such a headache.
