Chapter 12 - Training

The next morning when Elen woke up, Rex was not in his room anymore and she already have her clothes on. Elen smiled thinking Rex was the one who dressed her. She sat up in the bed and saw a sticky note on top of table.

‘Good morning, baby. I did not wake you up because I know you were tired to what we did last night. I’m just at my office now if you are reading this. Wash up and eat your breakfast. I love you, my Queen. :*’ ~ Love, your King

Elen smiled when she finished reading it and she left his room. She went to her room to take a shower but to her surprise, she saw Ryan sitting in her bed while reading a book. He looked at her when she entered her room.

“You’re finally awake, I almost get you from my twin’s room” he said chuckling

“What are you doing here? Don’t you have any work in your office?” Elen ignored what he said

“Hmmm I’m jealous, you went to my twin room last night and made love with him while I’m stopping myself to get there as I thought I should give you both some privacy and my twin just came back” He said while pouting, and Elen just shook her head at him

“I’ve been sleeping with you for straight two nights just so you know” she said then she rolled her eyes at him. He laughed at her reaction.

“Yeah, that’s why I didn’t interfere last night. Anyway, are you going to get ready?”

“Hmmm, so leave my room now. Get change now, we will start our training once I’m done preparing” then she walked toward her bathroom’s door. She did not wait for his answer, and she entered the bathroom and closed the door, but she did not lock it as she already knew what Ryan’s planning.

She removed her clothes and opened the shower. The cold water run to her naked body, she shampooed her hair and rinsed it. While she’s rubbing her body with soap, she heard the door open, and Ryan appeared naked. He took the soap in her hand, and he continued what she’s doing before he entered the bathroom. He rubbed her body with soap bubbles, he gently massaged her back then his hands went to her breasts. He pulled her body into his body. When they’re both dried up, they come out of the bathroom and wore their clothes. Ryan got his clothes before coming in Elen’s bathroom. They both wearing training clothes to be more comfortable.

They both went to Rex who’s busy reading the reports he missed when he was in the pack hospital. He stopped when he sensed the scents of Elen and Ryan outside the office then right after the two opened the door and entered the office. He saw them wearing training outfits already.

“Did you eat your meal, baby?” he asked Elen

“Not yet, let’s eat altogether. I know you did not eat breakfast too” she smiled at him and so he was.

“Okay, I’ll just change clothes. Just wait me in the dining area” he said, and he arranged the papers before leaving the office while Elen and Ryan already went to the dining area and patiently waiting for Rex.

When Rex arrived, they start eating while Elen teaching them basic knowledge of their newly power. Their powers are strong as it came from the elementals. Not all magic users able to control their powers in just few trainings but Elen trusts her mates that they will be able to learn to control their power in just few trainings.

After they finished their breakfast, they rested for some minutes before they went to the private training ground where the Twin trains.

“I will teach you first how to use defense power. Earth and Air magic have similarities when it comes to creating basic defense technique same with the basic attacks. Now, close your eyes and concentrate. Find the magic within your body.” Elen instructed.

Rex and Ryan followed Elen without any words. They trust their mate.

After 5 minutes, the wind became stronger inside the training ground and some rocks are floating. Elen smiled when she saw how fast learner they are.

“Now, open your eyes and look around” they followed her again and became amazed right after they saw what they did. They’re indeed possessing a magical power now.

“Feel your power in your palm and think of having earth ball and air ball” they managed to do what Elen instructed to them

“Good, try making it bigger and throw it in the ground to test how strong the earth and air ball both of you created”

Both of them struggled first to make it bigger, earth and air ball kept on bursting when they tried to make it bigger, but they did give up and they create new one until they managed to enlarge the size. After they ensure that the ball is stable, they throw their own ball both side and it created small explosion. Elen was satisfied, as for the first timer of having magic, they are indeed good to create explosion even if it was small.

“You know now how to create earth and air ball, you will be able to use that as an attack technique, now let’s move on in our real agenda. Feel your power around you. Rex, feel the air around you and create air wall in front of you. Same with you Ryan, feel the earth, the ground beneath you and create an earth wall. Both of you can use your hand to order your power in which direction they will go.”

The walls kept on collapsing on the mid-air but after many attempts, they managed to create the defense wall of their own magic. Elen then attacks their walls using her light ball and the two walls collapse. The twins frowned at her, but she ignored them and ordered them to create another one.

“Feel the strength of your power, give your own strength to your power. Your body and your power are one now, if you are weak, your power will be weak that will make you lose in battle. Feel your power and strength together”

After what Elen said, they feel their power and strength together and made another defense wall in front of them. They already managed to make it in just one try unlike the first time they were trying. Elen smiled again and she once again threw light balls at their defense wall. The walls became stronger then the first one, but they still need to train as it collapsed after three throws of light balls.

“it’s good for the first-timer. We will train your powers more to make them stronger. Now, let’s move to enhanced defense. Try making an armor using your power. Just close your eyes and think of wearing armor”

Their body suddenly surrounded by light and when the light disappeared, they already wearing their own armor. Rex is wearing a Light Blue metal armor and Ryan is wearing a Brown metal armor.

“Good, that armor will help you to minimize the effect of basic magic attacks and prevent being bitten by the werewolves. Now transform your magic into sword or any weapons you like”

Ryan made earth sword while Rex made air dagger.

“Now, dodge or deflect my attacks using your weapons” Elen said, and she immediately throws light balls in both direction of Rex and Ryan. She threw sequentially, and even if the twins used their speed wolf, there are some light balls that they did not able to dodge and hit their body. Elen was throwing lights ball for around half hour now and the twins have wounds, and they already feel the exhaustion as their power also taking their strength and they are still not in use of using it. Just then, Elen stopped attacking them and their body fell out of exhaustion. They lied down the ground and now feeling the pain of their wounds from Elen’s power. Even if they have wolf, their wolf did not able to heal them completely as the power of Elen is stronger than anyone else.

Elen come close to them and kissed them. They felt strange energy coming inside their body, but they felt their exhaustion gone but their wounds still remain in their body. Elen did not heal their wounds as it has purpose for later meeting.

“Come, it’s already afternoon, we did not eat lunch and did not even have rest. Both of you did great for your first-time training and using your powers. You learned some of the basics. I’ll give you the book of techniques then just study them first and you will be able to do them. Just use the same methods I instructed earlier. You always need to focus and feel the power beneath you.” Elen said while smiling at them

“Thank you, baby/babe” the twin said simultaneously

“You don’t need to thank me, it’s my responsibility to teach my mates how to use the powers I gave. And I’m not wrong for giving the powers to both of you. You deserved it and I know you will use it for good.”

“Thank you for trusting us” Rex said then he hugged Elen. She just tapped his back.

“Let’s go, let’s eat then you can have your rest before we go to the meeting with the Councils and other Alphas” she said, and walked first out of the training ground. The twins followed her and when they arrived in the dining area, the foods are already ready, so they just sat down and started to eat.

“Are we going to transfer of pack land?” Ryan suddenly asks in the middle of meal

“Hmmm we’re going to build the Kingdom Castle. Kings need their own castle to be called Kings or Rulers of course” Elen answered without looking at him

“How sure are you that the council will agree for a sudden change of management?” this time, the one who asked was Rex

“Coz they must or else they know what will happen to them” she replied unbothered

“I suddenly thought about this. How it happened that you are a wolf goddess while your father was just an Alpha, and your mother was a human? Or she isn’t?” Ryan said

“She isn’t and you’ll know it soon. For now, just focus on your training so both of you will be ready to your new obligations to protect this world” she said meaningfully.

The twins are curious to what really means but they did not ask her anymore and just continue their meal. They were genuinely hungry as they trained without rest. Elen is surely a strict trainer, but they learned a lot from her, they now know how to defend their selves using the magic they possess now. All they just need to know more is how they will attack and practice the major technique because basic technique will not help them to defeat the enemy easily especially if they also possess magic and have more strong power to them.
