In the aftermath of Kit’s revelations, Ash felt like the whole earth had been pulled out from under her, forget the bloody rug. She didn't know where to turn or what to do so she shut herself away. She had locked both men out of her room, calling out to Melody and Jay. She needed female company, a hug and someone to help her rationalise. She heard Micah open the door with a growl, his mother calmed him quickly before leading Jay through the apartment.
