“Laced with wolf’s bane,” Ezra said, placing a knife in my palm. “Silver bullets.” He pulled out a gun from the duffle bag.
“Silver’s illegal! You’re not supposed to have this.”
He raised his brow at me. “I’m the Alpha.”
“What else do you have in there?”
“Enchanted chain, courtesy of Henrietta.”
I ran my fingers through the large metal chain. “Am I supposed to use this on my wolf?”
“It’s an option mate. You don’t have to worry about anyone else attacking you because I’ll rip anyone who comes near you to pieces. It would be a nice way to blow off some steam.”
He reached into the duffle bag but I grabbed his arm. I ran my hands up his biceps. He pulled me close and breathed me in.
