Summer “Stop! Stop, let them go,” Ezra ordered. “What?” Dad and I asked. “I said let them go damn it!” Was he insane? The betas got here quickly. One of them was licking its wounds and we had them surrounded. Why did he want us to let them go? “Ezra?” I said through gritted teeth. He tightened his grip on my waist.
