    When Mercy woke the next morning, she had hoped that what she had seen last night was more than a dream. She knew he was alive and the thought brought a tear to her eye again. He had to be. Her mate stirred then opened his eyes. He smiled at her.      "Are you okay?" He asked her when he noticed her tears.      She nodded, "Yea," she swallowed, "It was just so real. As if he were close!"      Rafael shrugged, "Maybe he decided to vacation here," he joked as swung his hand wide. He didn't know anyone that wanted to vacation in the desert.
