Clotho looked down at Lachesis and scowled, "Now, why did you go and do that? He's torn enough already!"
Lachesis turned to her sister, "What? I thought he was close enough to see him!" She defended herself. She didn't know that the vampire prince would not be paying attention to his surroundings. "He was right there!" She said pointing out the fact that they were literally only ten feet apart.
"But he is still in denial! You have to ease him into this!" Clotho argued. "Don't forget he heard his father's close-minded statements." She reminded her sister.
