CHAPTER ONE: Past

Jack a red haired guy knocks off a trash can trying to run away from the cops, with a bag of money in his hands. He is known to be the 'most wanted' in town. He is smart and calculative that the cops can't catch up with him. Running as a athlete he was, he comes across a mini restaurant on fire. There was a huge crowd and a woman was seen shouting her lungs out, her children was inside the restaurant and no one is willing to help.

The ambulance and fire men were taking too long, so jack decided to help. Without thinking twice he jumps into the nearby window.

Everyone was surprised at his bravery, many who wanted him dead prayed for his survival. Not only the townspeople but also the cops were intrigued, he luckily brought out the first kid, the second and the third. But as it was his turn to come out the roof collapsed along with the building. The once murmuring crowd went silent.

Oplateo watched this with unwavering eyes, the fire element has succeeded in having a human form.

In a hospital(2

*Jack pov*

My head was throbbing madly, as I groaned and open my eyes. l was greeted with a handsome face

"Hello son"

"where am I?" I ignored his question as I try to sit up, but I couldn't

"shhh, hold on" he coax me as he try to help me up "don't move" he did a thorough check up on me before going to open the door

" He's awake now" I don't know who the doctor was talking to as a cop enters.

" Seriously you couldn't wait for my recovery,then we can continue from where we stopped"

"This isn't a game boy, you know we would have had a tight security on your ward", I scoff "but thanks to your father , he bailed you out with a sum of 75 billion dollars take a look at that boy the cash is huge, my 2 years salary won't get to that"

" I don't know what you are talking about"

" I'm wondering why you have a rich dad and yet steal......"

" what does that got to do with...? are you trying to be nice??"

" oh maybe you've forgotten the phrase that says police is your friend"

"That's bullshit....."a man enters cladded in black suit.

"oh Mr Jason, I'll take my leave"

"hm"

"who are you?" I asked the man

"your father"

"I don't have a father,mom and I buried him in texas"

"well" a nurse barged in, but freezes and I didn't notice.

"I know he's dead, I'm oplateo, keeper of the two ancient elements"

" To hell with you and your elements, I don't care, and i hate people who barge into my past life"

"As I was saying" oplateo dismissed his last sentence"I lost both the two elements,and now one of the elements which is fire is in you"

"In me" I laugh "I really don't know you men, all I know is that you're one crazy psychopath"

Oplateo again pretended not to hear him

"The fire element in you I destructive......"

"What makes you think I'll believe you, you can't just barge into my life claiming you're my father and some ancient nincompoop" oplateo sighs audibly

" I actually said that to set you free"

" Well thank you, but I don't want to be free, doctor! doctor!!!" I yelled but no one was forthcoming,then i notice the nurse standing still as a statue at the entrance.

" you did that"I said not believing the words that just came out of my mouth

"Yes, now all we have to is to go to the future to find the water element"

" Why can't you just remove or call out the element"

" I can't,well I do , but I'll have to kill you and I'm sure you don't want that"

" Well do I have a choice, when are we leaving?"

"Now!"
