Sabina heard the pouring rain outside the window, she slowly turned her head to the other side of the bed since she has felt a warm presence laying down next to her.
Kaleo was asleep but he slowly opened his eyes as soon as his senses picked up some movements around him.
He saw Sabina standing in front of the window, staring at the pouring rain outside. The city looks calmer now, because of the cold and soft sound of rain. The sirens could still be heard in the background but the rain covered the city in black shadows of thick dark clouds, curtains of heavy rain hung over the night sky.
"Sabina.." Kaleo called.
Sabina has stopped crying for her loss and she has grown silent after that.
