I met Kian in the school garden during the cool evening. Most of the students walked by, while some sat on the long benches. I was anxiously waiting for Kian, pacing in anger. I saw his handsome figure walking towards me, the evening sun highlighting his features. I gasped in awe at how handsome he was, his blue eyes sparkling, but I kept my cool. "What took you so long?" I snapped at him, irked by the smile on his face. He only laughed in response, drawing me closer to him. His warm palm on my waist sent shivers down my spine, and I could feel the mating bond humming as I leaned into his embrace. "Stop... Others can see," I said, pushing him away from me. "Why didn’t you tell me you could hear my thoughts?" I felt like dying when I remembered all the stupid things I thought about.
