Edward jumped in through the window.
A popular saying goes that hit the head and the rest of the body will lose focus.
The rest of the gang lost focus, and some of them scurried out.
Edward grabbed Diana and began to move out of the room.
She stopped.
"The others.. let's help them!" she demanded.
Edward yanked her close to him.
"Do you think I'm some kind of hero?" he looked angry and in no mood for talk. "I am here because my wife's here."
Diana immediately felt bad.
He got shot because of her, and their lives are still in danger because of her.
Due to this, she made sure to keep quiet and not anger him further.
However, she didn't fail to notice how tight his grip was on her wrist as he pulled her along.
Though it didn't hurt, it meant a lot to Diana
