Chapter 2 The sun shone brightly across the water. Cameron and Michael sat on the back deck of the house overlooking Chesapeake Bay. They both loved water, any water; the ocean, a river, or a pond or lake. Cam, her sister, and their mother had had a lot of picnics at Walden Pond near where she grew up and she had been on the undefeated crew team in college, rowing with eight other women up and down the Charles River and other assorted bodies of water around the country. Michael had spent a lot of time with her two brothers swimming, fishing, and boating on a lake where their father had a fishing cottage.
