“Who the hell is doing this? Why would anyone want to blow up my mum?” Angela shook her head. “I wish I understood all of this.”
“We don't know anything.” The other soldier shook his head. “All we were told was to get you to your destination.”
“Which is..?”
“We can't tell you.”
“Great.” She smiled slightly. “Rules and regulations. I love the army. I shouldn't be surprised. Then again, I shouldn't really be here, because none of this should be happening.”
“You're right.” The soldier frowned. “We're slowing. What's happening?”
“I don't know. They'll let you know, won't they?”
“Might be a good idea if I try to find out.” She knocked on the bulkh
