and was quite dramatised but she didn't want to abandon the unborn child like her mom did to her so she decided to keep it, it been tough, she was lacking money to even eat these days her companies and mansions where all under her husband's name so she couldn't access it and she wasn't ready to face the shame when her husband finds out that she is three months pregnant for a stranger.......

Alice POV
my eyes are swollen from crying, but one can't cry forever so I soon put myself together and went to get a class of water since my throat was sour from all the crying
... doorbell.....
I hurried to open the door bell, hoping my lover had finally come to see me, I was so happy that i totally forgot about the tragic disaster that could take place if he saw my belly that had grown bigger, I almost fell but i collected my self before opening the door, but what I saw next made me freeze , he had indeed come but alongside was bunch of reporters all flashing cameras at me
before I could process everything that was happening I received a hot slap ..
"so it's true you've been cheating on me.... my mom was right" he stormed
he was about to slap me again when my step sister obviously in the act, hurried to shield me........"stop!!!.... can't you see she is pregnant" she yelled at him before turning to me

if I didn't hear her say those words i would have believed her to be innocent but I heard every bit of it.
I pushed her away angrily but before she could fall Chris saved her
" how could you treat her like this, after all she has done for you" he questioned
" you have a lot of courage to still come to my face after abandoning me for a year and three months"
" you're wrong sis he never abandoned you he has been busy with work, he only realised that you don't stay at home and decided to come"
