I awake in a wonderful mood, knowing that my master plan is back in motion. My spies in the kingdoms were doing a wonderful job distracting the royals and providing information. I was still awaiting an update from the Dragon Kingdom, but some of my best spies worked within their borders.
I sipped at my morning coffee and scrolled through all of the files on my computer. I mistakenly clicked on an unlabeled picture file, and the face of my Mate popped up. Rage built up quickly as I threw my computer monitor to the floor. Seeing her face never brought anything but anger and pain.
