Chapter 4: Their Decision

The King and Queen were shocked that their daughters were going to tell them something they didn't really want to hear, but they also knew that their girls had thought long and hard about their decision. Then they said," momma, daddy, we don't want an arranged marriage, but we are willing to meet the boys to see if we might consider being with them in marriage later on in life. The parents indeed did not like that their daughters did not want an arranged marriage, but were ok with the decision the girls made in the end. So the queen summoned the witch and told her that the daughters wanted to meet the boys and the witch agreed to do. So to make it less pressure, the mother went with her daughters and planned a pre-birthday celebration. They made it with many pretty girls and handsome men that were all together so that way the girls wouldn't meet an individual who was single and fall for him or there wouldn't be a single girl that would fall for one of the warlock boys that the girls were meant to meet and get with for the sake of the kingdom. Then they picked out the dresses that would show them off the best in a flattering way.
