Air Force Technical Sergeant Cynthia “Sid” Atwood, on her second day of detached duty with the new CT Task Force, straightened up in her seat and leaned toward the wide screen she was assigned to monitor. The high-resolution imagery streaming into her console from the optical suite in an RQ-4B Global Hawk circling high over northern Mexico showed three individuals moving toward her surveillance objective area.
