Silvia's POV
We stayed in fear, I was not sure if she was scared one bit. But I was so scared that I could not sleep well at night.
I had my eyes open most of the time.
The night was the worst of it all. I could not stay calm because of the creepy sounds at the window. I knew it was not animals at all, they were people who had come for us.
I would tap the old woman to wake up and do something.
“ I am asleep, you should go to sleep” She will say to me.
“ Can you not hear that sound? People are outside. You should stop them” I said fearing for my life.
“ You should go to bed, they can not get into this room as long as I am here” She rolled to the other side, backing me.
I lay on the bed, the sounds from the people outside would not make me go to sleep, I looked at how calmly she slep
