Chapter 44—Find Out

(Sebastian's POV)

This is the first time in all of my years running this business that I have to deal with things in this way.Too many issues are cropping up in this company's operations, which makes me sad because I don't want anything bad to happen to it because it will affect everyone else. The economy is sometimes complicated, so I need to take care of everything else, be careful with what I do, and set an excellent example of what is right and wrong. Sometimes there are moments that I cannot really comprehend much, I always thought that I might be wrong with what I am doing in my life currently, and I hate to make myself look like I am not even trying much, I am trying.

"Does anyone in this room wish to discuss their side?And if you think you have any information about this that you can share with us, please do so so that we can directly track further developments in this case."We will need additional testimony before we can spend all of our time recording the details," the policeman stated.

The policeman was distinct to what he is saying and I like that, I don't want to give a fuss and time for this bullsh*t any more, I just don't want to feel like I am being forced for doing this because in the first place, I know that it was the best as well, and I will always stick to my plans no matter what, I don't want to bring the misfortune with this life of mine.

No one was eager to tell me anything as I looked at everyone.I feel bad about it because they aren't saying anything else, but I don't want to force them to say it because it's wrong to force them to say something they don't want to say.I want to take advantage of every opportunity to gain something I need to gain, so I need to keep an eye out for the good news ahead of time because I need to be vigilant about the people who kept using me for their own benefit.

I know that it is disturbing enough on their part, so I will not tolerate that at all.

"We need to keep up with what we are about to do because it will help everyone work properly without corruption."

"Understood?"

Everyone's response was "understood."

"That's good, I hope this clarifies things.I do not want to work with people who will only the company worse, nor do I want to fill this company with a lot of jerks.Get your act together! This is not the manners I desire."I will never make this moment pass at all," I added, "I want you all to have decency, please don't be foolish and don't take all of the time of all of the people here with all of your vain. I don't want to work with people who will be taking advantage away from me, this is not good anymore and I know that this should not make us feel that this is all that we've all got, we always need some kind of a way to consider what we need to do so that we can always have something that will not be a threat towards the company. I always need that kind of assurance as well because that is what makes things more important than it should be," I added.

"What kind of additional investigation do you intend to carry out? You need to think about a lot of other things as well because a lot of people will probably take you for granted again the next time, and there are a lot of people who will try another trick to make you fall down again, which will definitely cause problems in the future.This is becoming a little bit difficult for you to handle, but I know that you will be able to keep up with what you are going to do with it. You need to keep up with what you are doing and have a lot of wisdom about the people you need to handle."I hope you won't get tired of looking into this vicious because someone might try to trick you again, which would be bad for the company," Hilton said.

"Of course, I will never tolerate anyone who will make my company suffer even more as a result of their actions, and this will never be something that I wanted to go through."In order to ensure that this company receives the high-quality work that is required, I will hire additional professionals who are more dependable, and I may, to the greatest extent possible, terminate and hire new employees.We need more employees who won't cause a lot of problems in the future, so we need to invest in them. Employees are the most important people in the company and deserve our attention because they will improve it.I said, "They are going to organize the company and inform people as much as possible about the properties that need to be done."

If this continues, it will truly be my loss, so I have no idea what will happen next.This is no longer acceptable, and I am aware that it needs to be put an end as soon as possible because it will not make things work, will have an impact on a lot of people, and it is one of my responsibilities as the company's founder not to make anyone feel obligated to do anything.

My fiance is the one who is convincing me that I should work on improving this business. I don't want to fuss anymore and don't want to cause a lot of problems in the future, so I need to keep doing what I'm doing because it's important.I will try to avoid telling her about the issues I'm facing as much as possible because it will undoubtedly cause her stress, and I am aware that this is something that I should never tolerate either. She is just like an angel towards me who will bring something fortunate in my life, I don't want to lie about it anymore. I know that there are times that I am very much helpless compared who's not going to make things seriously.

"As long as you're going to make a lot of effort and have the decency of your own and well make the company more reliable in the future, everything is going to be alright.I know you have a lot to do, so this shouldn't bother you at all. You need to keep up with what you're doing so you don't have to deal with problems in the future.They are just the earthworm who deserves to be stepped down because they cannot even get a grip of their own, they take a lot of things away from you and you need to deal with it, they are not even making a lot of progress on their own so they are just sticking with you, their success is just nothing compared to you and they are not going to make you feel that they are insecure because they have a lot of things to do just for the sake of sticking near you," Hilton added.

"People are always like that, we will never know who to trust nowadays because almost everyone is having some kind of a trust issues, it's just so sad that most people tend to think that it's alright to behave something that they shouldn't be doing, it is just too disgusting and I know that we should not tolerate such kind of a people who does that.

"I know right, they know how to make crimes here inside the company and yet they tried to make us feel that they couldn't be seen right now. It is just the way that it should be," I said, trying to focus with what I can do better so that it will be easier for me to continue with what I am going to do later.

"I agree with that, but these are not the things I really want either.Betraying me is something I will never tolerate; this is something I will never take at all. I don't want anyone to take my work and all of that for granted because I know that I have done my part. If you need financial assistance, you can ask me for it or beg me for it.I put so much effort into this business that I don't want anyone to do anything that will cause it to fail. If people continue to think in terms of other businesses, they will never make progress in their lives.I've done my part, and I'm aware that I've helped a lot of people in this company. I don't want anyone to feel left out.I am a very helpful person, but if someone betrays me behind my back, I will fight for what is right because this is not something I want to go through.Because I don't think they will be of any assistance to others in this situation, people need to consider what is right and wrong.Don't be a bother to me, don't bother me with the things that I am doing, and don't bother me when the things that I worked hard for. If you feel insecure and need to beat me up, do so.I responded."

"You are not in a position to make me feel like that because I know that I am more deserving than you are, and you feel like you should never ever make me feel like I need to make downfall for something that I didn't even do. You are not in a position to make me feel like that."

So far, everyone has been paying close attention to what I have to say, and I know that they are already thinking a lot about what they will do about it.

I still hope that they will receive all of these lessons as soon as possible, and I require additional information that will assist in resolving this case.

When it comes to things they don't want anyone else to know, people are notoriously secretive.I badly want to tell everyone else that I need to keep up, that they need to keep working with me so that they can resolve this issue with me as well, that's all I want right now. I also know that I have that trait and that I deal with a lot of issues. This is just one of it and I am sure that this is going to be the best thing that I did for myself. I don't want to be disappointed later in and that's just my way to protect my own business with any kind of moments that I wanted to continue.

People knew that I am sometimes the worst boss, but they don't know that I am always been trying my best to be the best as well. It is not really the thing that scares me the most, in fact, I am always trying to feel comfortable with myself and I know that it should be the way that I am going to take situation that will be the best for me no matter what.

I don't think that people understand me at all times because I am very strict, I know exactly what you do to make other people feel that they are the best thing that happened into their lives, that is their priority in life wants that resorts them to that.
