Before lunchtime, I cooked again because Stefan told me he would be coming home soon. However, it was already past twelve, and he still hadn't arrived, so I decided to go down to the hospital to see if he was busy.
As I descended, Andrei greeted me immediately. Honestly, I had forgotten that we had plans to meet last night.
"Why didn't you even show up last night?" he asked, furrowing his brows, and I could sense his annoyance.
