a whole new beginning
I looked down the building from the thirteenth floor, the roads were always filled, even in the earliest mornings.
It looked chaotic, the way people rushed not caring to take a second, like their life depended on being on time to their end location…
Maybe it really did.
For some it could be more than a job or a commitment.
It was different now.
Because I was one of them too…
I was the first one to arrive at the office, and I liked the loneliness it offered before it could get filled… With all those small chatters.
I stared at the office door in front of me of the Mayor, Mr. Shepherd who would be here in time.
He was always on time..
So, that's what my life is now.
