I went inside the men's dressing room looking for Derik and I smiled at his co-club members that I passed by. Today was their senior's talent and Derik would only sing and James, his friend, would be his susbtitute to play the piano.
I was bringing Derik's suit vest and bow tie and I saw him talking to someone and I think that someone recognized me because he informed Derik that I was there for him. Derik turned to see me and gave me a huge smile as he approached me.
"Hey." I greeted and he pinched my cheek making it heat up.
"Hey, baby." He said making me look around for whoever heard him and they didn't mind at all.
"Is it okay to call me that here?"
"Of course." He said and I hanged the vest on my shoulder and motioned him to come closer so I could tie the bow on him.
