The Chapel Keepers are those who are in the service of the Church whose duties far surpass that of the leading Church personnel.
A chapel or cathedral, depending on the location could be headed by either a Priest in the continent of Heruopeh or a Minister in places where the leadership of the Church was not yet solidified. In this place, the Minister's job was to solidify the relationship of the Church with the political standings of the environment. This setting was mostly common in other continents which was beyond the direct influence of Hearth. A typical example being the continent of Hafricah.
