Bishops are influential person's of authority in the Church hierarchy. They have the duties of oversight functions to the chapels, forts and prayerhoues Wich may have been established by the Church, all through Xerxes. And not only in Xerxes but also in all the Continents where the Church has a holding authority in- That is to say, in all the World.
They perform oversight function in the sense that they investigate the state o. affairs in the countless chapels which are being run by the Chaplains. They, for the sake of their duty, May be silent or even unapproachable but they never out on details. The littlest thing is what they pick out, considering that the congregation of the Church are duly being satisfied and catered for by the Chaplain or Saint on Duty.
