I feel their aura, plusing, getting stronger trying to dominate me. I exaimed them individually, realising that they were not fully humans.
I let my power out a tiny bit and see their eyes open wide in shock. "What are you?" Bethany squealed out.
"Just Human, unlike you," I say getting up.
They backed away, glancing at each other, unsure of what to do next.
"You may smell human, but humans don't have any power," she explains angrily.
"Well, this human does," I tell her sacastically, walking towards them.
I laugh seeing their fighten faces. I stopped in front of them, then turned around and walked back to my dormitory.
Picking up something to eat along the way. I decide to spent the rest of the evening in my room relaxing. When it started to get dark, I turned on the lamp and packed my bag for class.
The next morning, I awoke early and decide to, go for a short jog. I had seen a foot trail yesterday, leading into the woods. I searched for it now, spotting it I follow the trail into the wood. I relished in enjoyment the clean fresh air and the sounds of small animals scurrying about.
After about fifteen minutes, I emerged into a small open field. Looking around me, I noticed a wired fence barrier, surrounding the other part of the woods, with a large 'No Entry' sign on it.
Deciding to explore it further another day, I turn around and jog back to the campus, not wanting to be late on my first day of school.
Back in my room once again, I take a cold quick bath, to relax my muscles. I open my closet pulling out a outfit. I dressed in black jeans and a pink vneck t-shirt. I slipped on a pair of white canvas sneakers, grab my packed bookbag and head to my first class.
The day was spent going from class to class and having these second humans stare at me, wanting to be my friend. I talked with a few of them but stayed mostly to myself.
Lunch time was spent in the cafeteria, where I placed a sandwich, bottle of water and fruit bowl on my tray. I looked for an empty desk, far away from the students and sat down to eat my lunch.
So far, I had not seen any of the girls from yesterday and hoped it stayed that way. It seem as if, I had spoken too soon as there was Bethany in the cafeteria, with her minons heading in my direction. I continued eating and not paying no mind.
"We are sorry, " Bethany huffed out, leaning aganist the table.
"Apology accepted " I acknowlege glancing up at them briefly.
"I just believe that, strong people should stay with each. other, Bethany tells me, resting her tray on the table and sitting down. Her girls with her followes suit.
"This is Reah and Lexi," she introduces her girls.
I ignored them, finishing up my lunch.
I hear them chatting, about school and something about a princess.
"I am not a princess," I tell them, drinking my bottled water.
"Oh, ok. We are not referring to you, but to the Lycan Princess," Lexi the dark haired one chimes in, scornfully.
"What is a Lycan Princess, then," I asks, looking at them curiously.
"So if you don't know, what a lycan is, then you don't know what we are either?" Bethany states with a smug smile plastered accross her face.
"I may not know the correct termilogy, but I know that you are creatures," I says, looking at each one briefy in the eyes.
"How do you know, that we are not witches or vampires then?" Reah pipes up getting brave.
"Simple, I see each of your beast," I tell them grinning widely.
I see them go silient for a while, communicating with each other. I hear their internal dialouge, but say nothing.
Right now they were not a treat, therefore, do not need to know the extent of my powers.
