Mamma had just told us about her family when the Dumonts were not here. Then how come grandma knows about the Roden family? It's the first time I have heard about the Roden family. I looked at mamma and she was sitting petrified.
"How do you know about the Roden family? I have never used my maiden name after coming to California." Mamma asked.
