All too quickly, a battle rages and right in the middle were the two warlords. Thane picks up a sword from a thug who had just been killed by an Evordonian warrior and fights off a group of slavers that tried to corner them.
There were too many people. All around them loud cries of the battle came. Thane and Nera struggled to fight with heavily armored slavers but they did their best, continuing their strategy of having Thane in front to disarm and for Nera to finish them off.
Thane hissed, grabbing his side as one of the three men he was fighting caught him on the side with a sword. Already he could feel blood rush out of the wound. He couldn’t stop though not when so many came for them.
