I had just finished cooking dinner and Reign had been in his office since we got home. He was weird during lunch. I sat down in his lap and he just held onto me. He never said anything or tried anything. He did place his hand on my belly, but that was it. We had stayed like that the entire time and when it was time for me to go back to work, he just gave me a kiss on my cheek and I left. He was usually so much more talkative or handsy than that.
My phone started ringing, and it made me jump, and my heart rate kicked up a little and when I looked at the screen, and it read unknown, I ignored it and put it on silent and shoved it into my pocket. I went to Reign's office and just opened the door.
